6 chip slots and memory modules.

Chip Slots (6 total): 'Chips' are computer programs that can be
run through a neural socket to provide information, alter the
mind, or do any number of things by working directly through
the nervous system. Each chip slot counts as a separate Feature
and a character may only have a number of slots total equal to
their Mind. Each chip has a separate cost, as listed below.

Skill Chips (4): These chips have skill information encoded on
them. These chips act and cost the same as the Highly Skilled
Attribute and provide the skills inside for as long as they
	are slotted.

Silver Tongue: This sound chamber implanted in the larynx produces
a soothing carrier wave that makes the cyborg's voice more pleasant,
soothing, and less liable to carry a lie obviously. This counts as the
Art of Distraction: Advantage Level 2, specifically using the voice.

Muscle Reconstruction: The bones are laminated with metal and plastic
composites, and the muscles themselves are interlaced with super strong
polymers. Then the nervous system is rewired to increase physical
strength. Adds +1 Level of Super Strength.

Cellular Link: a cell phone built into the ears and throat. The broadcast
and radio receiver is for getting messages from the company while in the
field or trying to tune into other frequencies (Police bands frex). The
Cellular links are on their own special frequency and scrambled so
someone intercepting a transmission is unlikely.

Bionic Ears: with the following features:
Radio Reception (Feature): The cyber-ear can pick up radio signals
and transmit them directly to the audio nerve. Weak signals may
need an antenna of some sort for reception.

Radio Descrambler (Feature): The cyber-ear must have the Radio
Reception feature first. The ear now contains a descrambler unit
that can unscramble specifically coded radio signals. These
signals can only be descrambled by a specific descrambler or
	special equipment.

Volume Cutout: The cyber-ear automatically shuts off potentially
damaging noise before it hurts the nerves of the ear. This grants
Special Equipment Level 1, giving a -5 bonus to resisting audio
	Flare attacks.

Broadcast: The cyborg possesses a full radio transmitter,
	allowing broadcasts on any frequency.
